Shared control boards for iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac

Run one live board across every Apple device in the room.

Create a board, share a six-digit frequency, add an optional passcode, and organize groups, sections, and colored switches that stay in sync as your team works.

Four core actions that make Switchboard useful fast.

Switchboard stays focused on the real control flow: create a board, let people join, shape the layout around your process, and trigger the board from anywhere in the stack.

Create

Spin up a board with a shareable frequency

Every board starts with a title and a six-digit frequency. If the board should stay private, add a six-digit passcode on top.

Join

Bring people onto the board without accounts

Team members join by entering the board frequency and, when required, the passcode. No account flow is needed to get everyone on the same control surface.

Organize

Build the board from groups, sections, and switches

Model the layout you actually need by nesting sections inside groups and switches inside sections, then label and color each control clearly.

Trigger

Fire switches, sound, and haptics from one shared board

Switch states stay synchronized while you trigger switches, play sound, or send board haptics across connected Apple devices.

From empty screen to live board in 4 quick steps.

01

Create the board

Choose a title, generate or enter a six-digit frequency, and set a passcode if needed.

02

Share the code

Send the frequency to everyone who should join, then share the passcode only if the board is protected.

03

Shape the layout

Create groups, sections, and switches that match the control flow your team actually uses.

04

Run the board live

Toggle switches, play sound, and send haptics while the shared state stays synchronized.

Questions teams ask before they switch to Switchboard.

The short version on joining, protecting boards, organizing layout, and what happens when a board goes inactive.

How do people join a board?

Share the six-digit frequency. People enter that code in Switchboard and, if the board requires it, also enter the six-digit passcode to connect.

Can I protect a board with a passcode?

Yes. Boards can require a passcode in addition to the frequency, which gives you a second gate before someone can see or control the board.

What can I organize inside the board?

Boards are made of groups, sections, and switches. You can rename, reorder, and color them so the board matches the way your operation is laid out.

What happens to inactive boards?

Inactive boards are automatically deleted when both retention windows expire: no edits for 30 days and no views for 7 days.

Set up a board, share the code, and keep every switch in sync.
